Term of reservation
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking is confirmed when the customer has paid for the down payment (50%) by the due date. The rest of the payment is due approximately four (4) weeks before the first day of the rented period.
If the booking is done later than four weeks before the rented period, the payment is due in one installment.
Groups bigger than ten persons have to be agreed on separately.
Bookings only by phone.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations have to be informed to us as soon as possible. The down payment of 60 € is charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is done later than 21 days before the starting date of the rented period, the whole payment will be charged.
If the cancellation is done due to a force majeure (for example illness), a medical certificate is required and the rent will be returned without the down payment fee (60 €).
If the rented period is interrupted by the customer, the payment will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION BY THE HOST
STAYING IN THE HOLIDAY HOUSES
The house is at the customer’s disposal from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival till 12 a.m. on the day of departure. The period of weekend holidays extends from Friday evening to Sunday evening 5 p.m.
The rent payment includes staying at the cottage and the equipment (tableware, electricity, firewood, boat, cleaning equipment and detergents, blankets, pillows, toilet and kitchen papers and VAT).
The rent payment does not include bed sheets, bath towels or final cleaning. We rent bed sheets and towels for 15 € /person. If the house has not been cleaned before departure, a cleaning fee of 100 € will be charged.

DAMAGES
The customer is obliged to pay for the damages he has caused to the house or the equipment.
